ES Plastics and COPACK have invested heavily into the blow moulded packaging product segment with the manufacture of 5 Litre to 1000 Litre containers being primarily manufactured in the factory located in Hamilton.

Our most active market is in the 5 to 20 Litre capacity with several new machines and technologies having been commissioned in the past two years. We produce the standard cube style stackable jerry cans (Fortress) alongside our unique Swing Handled Jerry Cans with either a solid one-piece handle, or fitted with an over moulded handle that can incorporate your company name or logo for extra branding.

In addition to the 10 and 20 Litre machines, we also have a 5 Litre machine designated for custom moulding to give our customers their own shape in the market. Tooling and design is done internally in consultation with the customer to provide their custom requirements should moulding quantities meet our minimum run sizes of 3000, 5000, and 8000+ units per production run.

Where required quantities do not meet production criteria, COPACK can then offer a more generic range of 1 - 5 Litre Industrial DG Approved Jerry Cans.

ES Plastics have a large 1000 Litre Machine which is used to mould the Closed Head Drums and other large products, i.e. safety barriers, pallets, mussel floats for example. COPACK sources a range of DG Approved (solids only) Open Head Clamp Band Drums and a DG Approved Closed Head 120 Litre Drum to fulfil overall customer requirements in the drum category.

Completing the product range in this category is an extensive range of white HDPE Powder Pots and PET Jars. We also offer a range of accessories to add value to our product range.
